Yoto’s North America Marketing Team
The Yoto North America Marketing Team is responsible for driving the growth of the Yoto brand within the region, hitting revenue, family acquisition and retention targets. They are also responsible for managing brand, product, and corporate communication with new and existing B2C and B2B customers. This is a matrixed team with leadership from global and activation in market.
What you’ll be doing:
Core areas of responsibility: Retail marketing, edu marketing, large corporate sales marketing, content development, campaign development and management.
The B2B Marketing manager has a wide range of responsibilities which include, but are not limited to, the following:
Lead the development and implementation of B2B and Edu marketing strategy as part of North American global marketing plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, commercial, global marketing team) to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and overall company objectives.
Identify target B2B and Edu market segments, buyer personas, and key decision-makers to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
Developing key B2B and Edu partnerships in US and Canada that will help us acquire customers
Develop compelling B2B, Edu, and homeschool content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership articles, to educate and engage target audiences and establish the company as a thought leader in the industry.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content that addresses the unique needs and challenges of B2B and Edu customers and provides valuable insights and solutions.
Provide training and support to sales representatives on B2B and Edu marketing initiatives, product messaging, and positioning to ensure alignment and effectiveness in customer interactions.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Analyze marketing data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization, and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
How Success is Measured in the Role
Hitting (and exceeding) revenue, family acquisition and retention targets
Being personable and reliable with sound judgement, and being viewed as the go to expert on B2B and Edu marketing within the business
Seeing strong results against OKRs
What you’ll bring:
4+ years of experience in a similar role - you might come from the agency or brand side and experience in a high growth startup/scale up environment is a plus
You need to be super organized – and be comfortable working across multiple time zones
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and partners
Experience with planning trade shows
Partnership development experience
Comfortable with data and marketing research
Ability to take on large workloads while keeping your cool
Knowledge of latest marketing technologies and trends
A passion for audio content and technology
Ability to think on your feet, and learn fast
An understanding of marketing children’s products/marketing to parents
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 based on experience.

Flexibility: Hybrid working with a choice based approach - we would love you to come into the Brooklyn office twice a week, if not more. Take advantage of our ‘work from anywhere’ policy to work from a different location for up to 6 weeks every year. Summer Hours policy to use between the months of June and August.
