B2B Marketing & Partnerships Manager, North America
We're looking for a strategic B2B Marketing & Partnerships Manager to own and execute Yoto's North America B2B marketing strategy. You’ll own marketing planning and execution, driving measurable growth and brand leadership across B2B channels, including retail, education, and strategic partnerships, while tightly aligning to the NA consumer and global brand calendar.

What you’ll be doing:
Build and manage a centralized B2B partner marketing toolkit to support signage, copy, imagery, and assets.
Develop tailored messaging strategies and customer journeys for each partner segment.
Track toolkit usage, educate partners, and refine resources based on feedback.
Oversee point-of-sale marketing, including displays, printed materials, and gift-with-purchase execution.
Identify and activate new strategic partnership opportunities aligned with brand and volume goals.
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new partner types and manage partnership rollouts.
Maintain a synchronized B2B campaign calendar and manage paid marketing across trade publications.
Implement segmented onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back programs to drive partner growth.
Build scalable partner training programs and deliver accurate monthly/quarterly KPI reporting.
Create standardized B2B marketing processes, manage key events and trade shows, and support vendor/administrative operations.
What you’ll bring:
3-5 years of B2B marketing experience (retail, education, partnerships, or similar channels) ideally at a high-growth brand or startup
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams, partners, and stakeholder needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you're a clear, compelling writer and collaborator
Experience developing go-to-market strategies, marketing calendars, and campaign planning
Proficiency with marketing tools, analytics, and data visualization (Google Sheets, BI tools, etc.)
Experience managing partnerships, vendor relationships, or channel programs is a major plus
Deep understanding of—or passion for learning about—the education or retail sectors (bonus)
Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive mindset in a growing organization.
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 based on experience

Flexibility: Hybrid working with a choice based approach - we would love you to come into the Brooklyn office twice a week, if not more. Take advantage of our ‘work from anywhere’ policy to work from a different location for up to 6 weeks every year. Summer Hours policy to use between the months of June and August.

After 4 years of service, you are also eligible for our sabbatical policy offering up to 3 months' of unpaid sabbatical.
