B2B Account Coordinator, North America (12 month FTC)
The B2B Account Coordinator will support Yoto’s North American B2B initiatives and play a crucial part in managing relationships with our retail partners. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable prioritizing in a fast-paced environment, and who’s excited to work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and relationship management.

Yoto’s B2B Team
Yoto’s B2B team is dedicated to building strong relationships with retailers, educators, and more, to help bring our unique audio experiences to families across the world.
This role is a 12 month maternity cover.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work directly under our NA B2B Account Manager on facilitating Yoto’s North American B2B initiatives
- Serve as the primary contact for all inbound B2B requests, escalating specific requests as needed
- Manage day-to-day communication for Yoto’s independent retailers, and education/hospital partners
- Support the full B2B partner lifecycle, from onboarding new accounts to supporting reorders and product questions
- Track data on B2B sales and customers, pulling regular reports and presenting insights to the broader commercial team
- Develop expertise in Yoto products, industry trends, and market dynamics to provide informed support
- Coordinate with B2B Marketing Manager on scheduled communications, newsletters, B2B promotions, and other marketing opportunities
- Work with Yoto’s Operations team to continually improve the Yoto Partner user experience
- Potential to support outbound sales activities and retailer prospecting.
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years of experience in account coordination, sales support, or customer-facing roles
- Great at managing multiple moving parts, prioritizing tasks, and staying organized
- Confident communicator & able to build relationships across teams and with customers
- Excellent presentation skills
- Comfortable navigating data (Excel/Google Sheets) and translating insights into action
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Familiarity with retail backend systems such as Shopify or CRMs is a plus
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 based on experience

Flexibility: Hybrid working with a choice based approach - we would love you to come into the Brooklyn office twice a week, if not more. Take advantage of our ‘work from anywhere’ policy to work from a different location for up to 6 weeks every year. Summer Hours policy to use between the months of June and August.

After 4 years of service, you are also eligible for our sabbatical policy offering up to 3 months' of unpaid sabbatical.
