Our mission is to be the soundtrack of childhood, and help families on their own unique adventures.
Our screen-free audio players let kids listen, learn and play at their own pace. All while making sure they’re safe to explore what inspires them.
Our offices are in London and New York, and we also have a small team based in France. We have in-house expertise in hardware and software, technology development, product, marketing, commercial and retail. We’re excited to build and develop a tight-knit and energetic team to help make Yoto the next great family brand!

Who we aspire to be
We celebrate diversity at Yoto. We’re proud to help families foster an inclusive home environment and we are working hard to offer a wide and diverse library of content, which also means building a diverse and inclusive team where new voices, beliefs, and perspectives are heard, supported by our passionate DE&I group.
Our social committee 'The Ministry of Fun' helps bring the team together. We have monthly “Wine Downs” in the office and a yearly retreat, “Yotofest”, where we spend time together outside of work. We have lots of other forums to support other groups such as Parents, Women and ESG, and we are constantly looking to improve our ways of working, to foster a work setting where everyone feels fulfilled and can thrive.
