Our mission is to be the soundtrack of childhood, and help families on their own unique adventures.
Our screen-free audio players let kids listen, learn and play at their own pace. All while making sure they’re safe to explore what inspires them.
Our offices are in London and New York, and we also have a small team based in France. We have in-house expertise in hardware and software, technology development, product, marketing, commercial and retail. We’re excited to build and develop a tight-knit and energetic team to help make Yoto the next great family brand!

Of course! We have an option to connect with us here, which means you can send us your details and you'll be the first to hear about new roles as they become available.

After you have submitted your application, a member of the Talent team will review your details and if you match what we are looking for, you'll be invited to the first stage of our process. Most of our interview processes are streamlined to be 3-4 stages consisting of:
1. Video call with the Talent team
2. Role-related skills + behaviours interview
3. Technical test or task based interview
4. Final culture interview with a senior leader

We are respectful of your personal and family life at Yoto. We know you are at your best when you can bring your whole self to work - and that means making sure you have time to do the things that are important to you, both in and outside of work.
We offer a choice-based approach to working, with a minimum of once a month in our Brooklyn office, but if you'd like to come in more we'd love that too! Plus a flexible approach to start/stop times, around our core hours. We see core business hours as defining the etiquette when most meetings will be set/business activity conducted, not determining when you must be working.
