  • Of course! We have an option to connect with us here, which means you can send us your details and you'll be the first to hear about new roles as they become available.

  • Unfortunately, we aren't able to provide work visas at this time. To be considered for any roles at Yoto, you will already need to have the right to work in the USA.

  • After you have submitted your application, a member of the Talent team will review your details and if you match what we are looking for, you'll be invited to the first stage of our process. Most of our interview processes are streamlined to be 3-4 stages consisting of:

    1. Video call with the Talent team

    2. Role-related skills + behaviours interview

    3. Technical test or task based interview

    4. Final culture interview with a senior leader

  • As you enter your First Chapter at Yoto, you will get some pre-onboarding information from the People team, including access to a New Starter Hub on Notion. Your week 1 onboarding will include tools setup, a 121 with your manager, meeting your team and your buddy -- overall a warm welcome to jumpstart your Yoto Story. Once you have found your feet, you can expect a few sessions on Yoto's product and strategy.

  • We are respectful of your personal and family life at Yoto. We know you are at your best when you can bring your whole self to work - and that means making sure you have time to do the things that are important to you, both in and outside of work.

    We offer a choice-based approach to working, with a minimum of once a week in our Brooklyn office. Plus a flexible approach to start/stop times, around our core hours. We see core business hours as defining the etiquette when most meetings will be set/business activity conducted, not determining when you must be working.
