Yoto is a screen-free interactive audio platform for kids. We make carefully connected audio players that kids control, with no microphones, cameras or ads. We have a catalogue of audio that inspires creative play and learning with 1,000+ titles in our card store from top creators, publishers and labels - think Disney, Marvel, Roald Dahl and Universal Music. We also create Yoto Originals like this one.

Yoto’s Design Team
We look after the Yoto website, app and usability on our player, building out new and exciting features to continually delight our customers. We’re a small cross functional team working in an Agile environment. Everybody is encouraged to have a voice and influence the product direction.
What you’ll be doing:
Create designs that are beautiful and effective in educating our customers and delighting them with our unique products.
Create wireframes, detailed visual designs and prototypes that developers can use to build the site.
Undertake customer Interviews and analysis to help understand the customers to continually improve.
What you’ll bring:
4+ years of product design (UX/UI) experience, with a strong understanding of UX Design principles (Web and App)
Experience in visual/UI design
Experience designing internal tools
Proficiency in Figma
Experience using and maintaining design systems
Strong stakeholder management skills
Understanding of interaction design principles
Understanding of ecommerce principles
Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences.
Salary: £50,000 - £75,000 based on experience.

- Flexibility: Hybrid working with a choice based approach - we would love you to come into the office as much as possible, with a minimum of once or twice a month.
