We’re looking for an Accountant to join our team to support our month-end close process, with a focus on balance sheet reconciliations and accurate financial reporting.

What you’ll be doing:

As an Accountant, you'll be a key enabler of a fast, smooth and scalable finance function. Working closely with our Senior Accountant, you’ll support core month-end processes while also helping shape a more automated, data-first way of working.

• Support transactional month-end reporting, including prepayments, accruals, depreciation, and reconciliations
• Perform accurate and timely balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with month- and year-end close processes, helping prepare for audit
• Prepare VAT returns and other regulatory submissions
• Assist with accounts receivable tasks, liaising with the commercial team to ensure accurate invoicing and collections
• Spot manual, repetitive tasks and help automate them using tools like Excel, NetSuite, Power Query, Celigo and Google Sheets
• Be an active part of the finance team, learning fast and contributing ideas.
  

What you’ll bring:

• Part or newly qualified ACA or ACCA (or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of transactional accounting and financial reporting processes
• Proven experience with NetSuite
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset — eager to learn, try new tools, and improve how finance supports the business.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 based on experience

• Flexibility: Hybrid working with a choice based approach - we would love you to come into the office as much as possible, with a minimum of once a week.
