Executive Assistant
We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to act as a trusted strategic partner to the Yoto Executive Team (CEO & Co-Founder, CTO & Co-Founder, COO and CFO).
This role is designed for a high-performing EA who thrives on complex coordination, strategic thinking, and being a critical enabler of Executive impact. You will bring foresight, exceptional judgement, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Alongside your core EA responsibilities, you will also play a supporting role in shaping our workplace culture and office experience, working closely with the People Team to ensure our environment reflects the standard and spirit of Yoto.

What you’ll be doing:
- Provide high-level executive support to the Executive team (Exec)
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling with precision
- Triage and manage Exec inboxes where required
- Anticipate and pre-empt needs, proactively removing blockers
- Manage the CEO’s LinkedIn presence, coordinating with Comms on messaging and activity
- Handle sensitive / confidential information with discretion and trust
- Act as a communication bridge between Execs, board members, investors and internal teams
- Act as ‘run point’ on key cross-departmental initiatives ensuring momentum is maintained and slippage or blockers are identified early
- Prepare high-quality presentations and documents (e.g. Board packs, investor materials)
- Conduct research and produce clear analyses for strategic decision-making
- Support with internal communications, including drafting of keynote speeches, feeding in to messaging drafts
- Coordinate high-level meetings, including Board, Exec and SLT sessions
- Manage complex travel itineraries, agendas and briefing packs
- Process related expenses efficiently
- Help uphold Yoto’s culture of togetherness, positivity & professionalism within the workplace
- Contribute to planning and coordinating key moments: team gatherings, celebrations, gifting and cultural touchpoints
- Partner on key People initiatives, including Yoto Fest and large company events
- Provide occasional logistical support for office experience improvements, facilities partners or workspace planning.
What you’ll bring:
Significant experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite leaders (fast-growth/scale-up environment ideal)
Ability to deputise for C-Suite leaders with credibility, clarity and calm
Exceptional organisational skills and a highly structured working style
High discretion and trustworthiness
Strong strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and exercise expert judgement in a fast-paced environment
High digital fluency (Google Suite, PowerPoint, Excel); analytical and data-literate
Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency - able to lead by example
Experience producing detailed plans, decks or documents with precision
Strong project management skills - able to drive momentum and follow-through
Confident, clear communicator able to bring people together and influence outcomes
A collaborative mindset and pride in elevating the Execs’ impact
Visible and flexible, in the office minimum 4 days a week but whenever required
Desirable: experience working closely with Founders
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 based on experience. We never want to miss out on great candidates, so don’t let our banding put you off reaching out - there’s sometimes flexibility for the right fit!

- Flexibility: Hybrid working - for this role in particular we would love you to come into the London office at least four days a week, but be available 5 days a week to come in if needed. Take advantage of our ‘work from anywhere’ policy to work from a different location for up to 6 weeks every year. Summer Hours policy to use between the months of June and August.
