What you’ll be doing:
Define, own and champion the product vision for Yoto’s eCommerce experience across Web and App, shaping how families discover, explore and purchase Yoto products and content.
Improve conversion by continuously refining the path to purchase – removing friction and making the buying experience seamless.
Help shape the evolution of our eCommerce platform, guiding decisions around tools and architecture (CMS, merchandising, ranking systems) while balancing speed, scalability, and long-term impact.
Unlock growth by increasing the speed and scale of our eCommerce capabilities – from automating internal processes to enabling faster launches in new markets.
Partner closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Data and eCommerce teams to prioritise the right opportunities and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
Use data, experimentation, and deep customer understanding to guide strategy, combining behavioural insights with strong product judgement.
Explore how AI can enhance both the product development process and the customer experience for Yoto families.
What you’ll bring:
Strong product management experience, ideally in eCommerce, subscriptions, marketplaces, or other transactional platforms.
A deep understanding of what makes a great eCommerce experience across Web and App.
A track record of improving conversion, purchase journeys, or commercial performance at scale.
Experience working on platform or systems-level problems with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Strong commercial instinct and familiarity with eCommerce metrics such as CAC, Conversion Rate, AOV and IBP.
Confidence making build vs buy decisions across the wider eCommerce toolkit (CMS, payments, merchandising tools). Experience with Shopify, DatoCMS or headless architectures is a plus.
A data-driven approach to decision making, using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel or similar.
A structured, insight-led approach to problem solving that combines data, customer understanding and sound judgement.
Clear communication skills and the ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping create clarity in a scaling organisation.
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 based on experience. We never want to miss out on great candidates, so don’t let our banding put you off reaching out - there’s sometimes flexibility for the right fit!
What you can expect from Yoto:
Flexibility: Hybrid working - expectation of 1 day a week on average in our London office, but you are welcome to come in more than this. How you meet the minimum expectation is up to you, to ensure you're happy and productive in your role whilst also getting that vital face time with your colleagues. Take advantage of our ‘work from anywhere’ policy to work from a different location for up to 6 weeks every year. Summer Hours policy to use between the months of June and August.
